Description:
Everplast is a specially designed polymer based spray plaster compound, comprising of advanced and superior binder resin & fine graded filter extenders. It has the properties to resist fungus, anti-rusting, anti-sagging and easy sanding to provide and ideal ultra smooth white surface to receive final paint finish.

Uses:
Everplast mineral putty can be used to provide smooth surfaces on cement plastered walls, pre-cast concrete slabs, P.O.P., gypsum boards, wooden boards, veneers, panel roofs and concrete surfaces.

Preparation:
The surface should be clean and free from dirt, dust, grease & oil.

Method of application:
Prepare a paste of Everplast powder putty by adding water as per requirement. Everplast is to be applied by hand with a knife edge broad spatula or spray application can be done with airless spraying unit. Application shall be approx. 500 microns for better result. In the areas of very rough surface use coarse grains of the powder.

Coverage:
Application rate of Everplast for 1kg is 8 sq. ft. to 16 sq. ft. depending upon the smoothness of the surface.

Cleaning:
Everplast can be cleaned with water before drying, scraping or using any suitable petroleum solvent.

Packing:
Available in 1kg, 5kg and 20 kg bags.

Ideal waterproofing and protective system for concrete roofs, polystyrene built up roofs, masonry & concrete walls, toilet blocks, terraces, roof gardens, chhajjas, sloping roofs galleries, dome, arches, shell roofs, expansion joints, damp proof surfaces, protective coat for stilled R.C.C., columns, doors, window frames, weather shades, automobile flooring and coach tops for anti-drumming protective coating for polyurethane foam insulation etc.

Preparation:

Method of application:
It can be applied with a simple brush or roller or squeezee. Three coats of Ever Proof are to be applied with water. 1. Add 50% water and 50% Ever Proof, which is to be applied as primary coat. (Allow it to dry.)
2. Apply the 2nd with 70% water and 30% Ever Proof.
3. After the previous coat is dry, the last coat is applied with 80% water and 20% Ever Proof.

Coverage:
Application at the rate of 1kg for 1sq. mt. approximately

Storage:
Shelf life of one year from the date of manufacture. Store in closed containers under moderate temperature.

Cleaning:
Can be cleaned with water before drying.
